Swapping an Attachment
This guide will show you how to swap out an attachment for an email that has already been sent.

After you have sent a recallable email you have the option to edit that message in many ways.

This short guide will cover "swapping" or deleting an attachment on an email that has been sent as a recallable email.

1. Access The Controls
To access the controls and edit the message click on Edit Sent Mail on the toolbar.



2. Select the email you wish to edit
Click on the subject line of the email you wish to edit in the "Sent Recallable Email" mailbox.


3. Remove the original attachment
We need to remove the original attachment, since we accidentally sent the wrong one.
At the bottom of the message you will see the Attachments section.

We want to switch out report.pdf, with report2.pdf. In order to do this, we must first delete the original attachment. Do this by clicking remove.


4. Select the new file to be attached to the message.
Notice now that there are no attachments on this message since we removed the original in step 3.



Let's add the new attachment by clicking "Browse". Find report2.pdf on your local file system, Click "Open" to select it for attaching to the message.



5. Add the new attachment
Click to attach the new attachment to your message.



5. Finalize your changes
Click to finalize the change to your message. Now when the recipient either opens the message for the first time, or re-opens the message, the new "report2.pdf" file will be the file attached to the message.

The recipient will see an email with the attachment as a link in the body like this:
