- From the Tools pull down menu select Settings
- Click on the Accounts tab
- Click the New button and select Mail
- Select the option to install from a 3rd Party provider
- Enter your account information:
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click on the account you just set up and select Edit
- Set it up to look like the image below
- Make sure that the Outgoing Email Port is set to 3025
- Click OK
- Test your account by clicking Check in Earthlink Total Access. If you have mail in your account, and it is set up correctly, you will receive your messages from your bigstring.com account, along with your Earthlink messages.
If you wish to set receive your messages into different inboxes, you will need to set up an "Identity" in Earthlink or a sorting folder option. This guide will not cover these complexities of Earthlink Total Access.
