Question:
Does it work with email clients such as AOL, Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Incredimail, etc?

Answer:
Yes, our email service works with all of the major email software packages such as:

Microsoft Outlook
Outlook Express
Eudora
AOL
Incredimail

Due to high request volumes we have added this Incredimail Howto:

Setting up Incredimail is almost exactly the same as setting up Outlook or Outlook Express.

On the Incredimail Toolbar:
Click on Tools -> Click on Accounts -> Click Add -> put a check in "Let me configure settings myself" -> Type your name into the name box and your bigstring email address into the email address box -> Click Next

On the next window set the following:
Incoming mail server type is: POP3
Incoming mail server is: mail.bigstring.com
Outgoing mail server is: mail.bigstring.com

On the next window set the following:

Username will be your emailaddress@bigstring.com (notice that I put @bigstring.com)
Enter your password -> Click Next

All of the listed mail clients can be configured using very similar methods. At this time you can take advantage of available user guides by visiting our "Email Client Setup Guide".

When using our service in this fashion, you must still log in to the website and do editing from there. You cannot, at this time, edit your sent messages from an email client.

Note: It is necessary to upgrade to a Premium account in order to gain POP3 access to your your email account. Users who do not currently have an account will need to sign-up as a Premium customer.
