Question:
Why can't I connect to my email account with my mail client?
Answer:
There could be many reasons why this is not working:
- You must be a Premium user to check your email with a mail client
- You must enter your username as user@domain.com instead of just user
- Some ISP's block access to outgoing mail server ports. To help our users we have allowed users to connect to a different port. This can be configured in your account options by changing port 25 to 3025 for your outgoing mail server.
