Can I recall an email that was sent prior to signing up for the service?

Answer:
No, you cannot recall any messages that were sent prior to signing up for the service. You can recall emails that are sent through our service only. This does not mean you can only recall emails from our domain. With a premium account you can masquerade as you@yourdomain.com and recall emails sent from that address through easy-to-use controls on our website.
